LEGALITY RATING
Tobanelli S.p.A. adopts the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001. The Legality Rating is an innovative tool developed by the Italian Supervisory Authority on Competition and Market (AGCM) in agreement with the Ministries of the Interior and Justice, which awards prizes to companies that operate according to the principles of legality, transparency and social responsibility. The applicant entity obtains the basic ★score if it meets all the requirements established under Article 2 of the Implementation Regulation on the Legality Rating.
The basic score may be increased by a “+” for each additional requirement that the entity fulfils among those set out in Article 3 of the Regulation. The achievement of three ‘+’s results in the award of an additional star, up to a maximum score of ★★★.
